ようこそバーティス・リワードプログラムへ
バーティス・リワードプログラムは、学びへの意欲を評価し、教育経験を向上させるためにポイントを提供するシステムです。このプログラムへの参加は完全に任意です。参加しない場合は、ポイントの利用を行う必要はありません。

プログラムの仕組み

ポイントの獲得方法

• バーティスアカデミーやスコット・ペリーアカデミー関連の活動や購入に応じてポイントを獲得できます。
• 新規学生: ポイントは自動的に計算されます。
• 既存の学生: 過去の購入履歴を調査しポイントに変換するには、問い合わせが必要な場合があります。
• ポイントは、支払った金額を基準に計算されます。クラスや商品の総額ではなく、実際の支払い金額に基づいています。

ポイント利用のルール

ポイントの引き換えガイドライン

• ポイントは特定のトレーニングコース、ビデオトレーニング、および選択されたサービスにのみ使用できます。
• ポイントは、以下の目的には使用できません:
• メンバーシップ料金の支払い
• バーティスアカデミーのTEFUテスト
• 他校の商品の購入
• 一部のアイテムにはポイント使用の制限があります。

譲渡不可

• ポイントは個人専用で、他人に譲渡することはできません。

ティア制リワード

• 支出が増えると、ポイントの累積数が増加します。
• 次のティアに近い場合、追加ポイントを購入してティアを加速できます。
• 高いティアに進むと、ポイントの増加率は50%から60%になります。

部分利用

• ポイントの一部を利用して購入し、残りは将来の購入に使用できます。

ポイント管理と有効期限

ステートメントと追跡

• 毎月、ポイント残高の詳細が記載されたステートメントを受け取ります。
• 必要に応じて、残高を確認したり問題を解決するためにお問い合わせください。

有効期限ポリシー

• 既存学生の場合、ポイントは通知後60日以内に引き換える必要があります。
• この期間内に使用されなかった場合、7か月後に再び引き換え可能となります。
• 13か月間使用されないポイントは無効となります。

インセンティブとエンゲージメント

リワードを最大化する方法

• 追加購入を行うと、より多くのポイントを獲得できます。
• 購入に必要なポイントが不足している場合、残額を分割払いまたは一括払いで支払うことができます。

早期参加リワード

• プログラムの初期段階に参加した学生には、追加のインセンティブが提供されます。
• ポイントを有効化すると、追加ボーナスポイントを獲得することがあります。

コミュニケーションとプロモーション

• ポイント、使用方法、および利用可能な機会に関する通知や更新が個別に送信されます。
• ソーシャルメディア（例: Facebook）を通じて、期間限定プロモーションが宣伝され、タイムリーな参加を促します。

除外事項と注意点

• すべてのプログラムがポイント対象になるわけではありません。対象プログラムには明確な表示があります。または、スタッフに確認してください。
• ポイントは他のプロモーションや割引と併用することはできません。

特別な特典

友達と一緒に参加

• 友達と一緒に参加するとポイントが2倍になります。
  例: 50,000円のプログラムに参加すると、通常の2倍のポイントが獲得できます。

ウェルカムボーナス

• プログラム参加時に新規登録者にポイントが付与されます。
  例: サインアップで100ボーナスポイントを獲得。

バースデーポイント

• 誕生日やプログラム記念日に特別ポイントをプレゼント。
  例: 誕生日に50ボーナスポイントを獲得。

メンバーと非メンバーのポイント

• メンバーはすべての商品で大幅な割引を受けることができ、2倍または3倍のポイントを獲得できます。
• 非メンバーもポイントを獲得できますが、アイテムに30%から40%多く支払う必要がある場合があります。
  例: メンバーは76,000円のコースでトリプルポイントを獲得できます。非メンバーは101,500円を支払い、通常のポイントを獲得します。メンバーシップ料金は年間9,000円です。

 Rules for Using Points

Redemption Guidelines

• Points can only be used for specific training courses, video training, and selected services.
• Points cannot be used for the following:
• Membership fees
• TEFU tests conducted by Vertice Academy
• Purchases from other schools
• Certain items have limitations on point usage.

Non-Transferable

• Points are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to others.

Tiered Rewards

• As your spending increases, your total points will also increase.
• If you are close to the next tier, you may purchase additional points to accelerate your advancement.
• Higher tiers increase your point rewards by 50% to 60%.

Partial Use

• You can partially redeem points for one purchase and save the remaining balance for future use.

Points Management and Expiration

Statements and Tracking

• You will receive a monthly statement with details of your points balance.
• For any questions or balance inquiries, please contact us.

Expiration Policy

• For existing students, points must be redeemed within 60 days of notification.
• If points are not used within this period, they can be redeemed again after 7 months.
• Points that remain unused for 13 months will expire.

Incentives and Engagement

Maximizing Rewards

• Additional purchases earn more points.
• If you do not have enough points for a purchase, you can pay the remaining amount via installment or a one-time payment.

Early Participation Rewards

• Students who join during the program's initial phase will receive additional incentives.
• Activating your points may earn you extra bonus points.

Communication and Promotions

• You will receive personalized updates and notifications regarding your points, usage options, and available opportunities.
• Limited-time promotions will be announced through social media channels like Facebook to encourage timely participation.

Exclusions and Clarifications

• Not all programs are eligible for points. Eligible programs will be clearly marked, or you may confirm eligibility with our staff.
• Points cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Special Offers

Join with a Friend

• Double points will be awarded when you join with a friend.
  Example: If you join a program costing 50,000 yen, you will receive double the usual points for that course.

Welcome Bonuses

• New participants will receive bonus points when they join the program.
  Example: Earn 100 bonus points just for signing up.

Birthday Points

• Special points are gifted on birthdays or program anniversaries.
  Example: Earn 50 bonus points on your birthday.

Member vs. Non-Member Points

• Members receive significant discounts on all items and are eligible for 2X or 3X points.
• Non-members can earn points but may pay 30%–40% more for each item.
  Example: A 76,000 yen course for members might offer triple points, while non-members pay 101,500 yen and receive standard points. Membership costs 9,000 yen per year, offering substantial savings.
